Mark 3:20-35: It’s always painful when you are maligned or rejected for the sake of the Gospel, but it can be especially difficult when that rejection comes from those close to you. But in this passage we see that even Jesus was rejected by the very people who should have recognized who He was. The truth to embrace from this passage is that family and friends may reject you for Jesus’ sake, but those who do the will of God are in the family of God.
